The practice of yoga begins with intention and integrity. There are the basic guidelines and etiquettes for Yoga classes that we urge you to follow to create the best experience for everyone.
GUIDELINES before class

Every Yoga class starts on time, if you are a new student try to arrive 15 minutes before your first Yoga class to allow yourself ample time to register, sign-in and prepare for class.

Take off your shoes at the designated area located at the entrance of the yoga building. Shoes are not allowed in the dressing rooms, the yoga studio, on the stairs or in the garden relax-area.

Hydrate yourself by drinking plenty of water before class

Try to eat lightly, or not at all 2-3 hours before your class

Wear comfortable clothes, so you can move and breath easily

Bring your membership card every time to sign-In at the front desk. Lockers are for one day use only. All lockers will be emptied at the end of each day. HYO accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of your belongings.
GUIDELINES during class

The Yoga room is a quiet room so refrain from talking before, during & after class

All (Hot) Yoga lessons are practiced bare-foot. Please leave your shoes in the designated shoe area.

Mobile phones and other mobile devices are prohibited in the Yoga studios. A Yoga class is the time for you to focus on yourself

Yoga mat, Yoga towel needs to be well positioned so everyone can see himself in the mirror

At the end of class you stay in the yoga room for as long as you need to cool down and allow your heart rate to return to normal
GUIDELINES after class

Drink enough water so that you keep hydrating your body during at least hour

Eat some fruits and nuts to get those energy levels back to normal as fast as possible

Relax and absorb all the benefits of your practice

Enjoy the stress relief and rush of new energy and through your body
Keep smiling! It's only yoga after all!
