As you’re here, we’re guessing you’re relatively new to Yoga or our (Hot) Yoga Styles.


Yoga is an important component of a healthy lifestyle and a great compliment to other forms of exercise. Yoga will make you feel better not only physically but also mentally & emotionally. We very well understand the difficulties faced by first time Yoga students and therefore have provided some tips for you to ensure that you enjoy your first Yoga experience with us.




Start your journey slow and patiently

Patience is not the ability to wait but the ability to keep a good attitude while waiting and therefore all classes are suitable for all level students. If it’s your first (Hot) Yoga Class please introduce yourself to the teacher before class. If you have any injuries or any concerns please inform him/her before class starts. The teacher is there to make your (Hot) Yoga class an inspiring and positive experience, so the more they know the better it will fit your personal needs. 



Find yourself in each style of yoga

Be open to new experiences by trying a few (or all) of the different styles of Yoga we offer, that’s a great way to practice Yoga. Obtain all the benefits for your personal goals. Keep in mind ... I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become!



Give yourself time and get aware of your body and mind

Do not give up after your first Yoga class, give a particular class style at least 3-4 tries before moving onto another Yoga style. This is because your body takes time to adapt and starting something new is never easy. After a few tries when your body gets used to new openings & boundaries you may find yourself beginning to like the Yoga class. Falling out of a posture means you are human; getting back into the posture means you are a yogi.
